Bottling Lines
Bottling and Dosing Lines MACH FTD provides semiautomatic and automatic bottling lines for various food products (with or without CO2), chemicals and cosmetics, PET containers, glass, cans or plastics, aluminum, multilayered cartons.
Depending on the application, MACH FTD offers equipment that also includes triblock for washing, filling and capping.
The semiautomatic and automatic dosing machines provided by MACH FTD use gravimetric or volumetric metering technology of the various containers with liquids. You can also choose to dispense the flow.
Equipment also bears noise attenuation systems and offers the possibility of using plastic lids with screw caps, press-on or crimping. |

Types of bottling lines offered by MACH FTD
| HOT FILLING SYSTEMS: Speed ranging from 24.000 bph up to 36.000 bph (based on 500 ml bottle). The filling deflection system avoids any foam allowing more convenient filling speed and less product loss. |
| | ISOBAR FILLING: Contains an automatic device for measuring the pressure in tank, so that there are no differences in weight of fluid pressure. The special glass lifting system solves the problem of fluid flow that comes from broken bottles. Allows complete sterilization products and includes electronic speed controller card. |
