COMPLETE HIGH DENSITY PLANTS
Our products, with 3 to 15 level housing, allow use to the utmost of advantages deriving from high density breeding. For easy inspection the housing can be equipped with intermediate gangways.

QUALITY AND DURABILITY
The legs of the feeders are of high quality galvanisation and are extremely easy to walk on. The frame and the heads are very strong.

DRINKERS
The drinking trough is the "nipple" type located at each partition with a drip stopper underneath or else a container that collects water drops.

INPUT
Two systems have been adopted to distribute feed:

• cart with hopper with levellers, mobile, that guarantee adjustment and uniformity of the feed distribution up to a length of 150 linear meters of the housing;
• flat chain which is widely reliable from a mechanical point of view.

EGG GATHERING
LIFT SYSTEM: It allows level by level egg gathering, by positioning the conveyor belt crosswise in relation to the various levels of the housing.
It is wholly realized in stainless steel and anodized aluminium whose reliability can be guaranteed to the utmost during operations. Special brush units guarantee meticulous cleaning of the belts that gather the eggs.
