The Polaris linear filling machine is designed for the automatic filling of bottles and jars with liquid products (oil, spirits, syrup, shampoo and other non-carbonated food, cosmetic, chemical and pharmaceutical products).

The filling system is volumetric. In accordance with the required output, the machine can be equipped with 4, 6 and 8 filling cylinders. The volume is easily adjustable and the machine can be equipped with filling cylinders of different volumes in accordance with the required dose. For filling of larger volumes a multiple dose can be preset.

The machine can be equipped with the pneumatic system of closing of the nozzles and "bottom-up filling" (rise while fill nozzles), which protects the filled liquid against foaming. An automatic volume adjustment by means of servomotor and LCD display can be added as an option.
