Pad and Screen Printer

These equipments are used for printing at one or more colours -manually, automatic or semi-automatic- different products, on round, flat or irregular surfaces. On a wide range, these systems are being used for printing pens, lighters, glasses, toys, various recipients, paper and carton, books and pocket books, textiles, industrial products, etc.

Working technique - screen printer:
For instance, a screen printer works with a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink blocking stencil. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A roller or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil forcing or pumping ink past the threads of the woven mesh in the open areas

Working technique - pad printer:
Pad printing is a printing process that can transfer a 2-D image onto a 3-D object. This is accomplished using an indirect offset (gravure) printing process that involves an image being transferred from the printing plate (cliché) via a silicone pad onto a surface to be printed.
Pad printing is used to print on otherwise impossible products in many industries including medical, automotive, promotional, apparel, electronics, appliances, sports equipment and toys. It can also be used to deposit functional materials such as conductive inks, adhesives, dyes and lubricants.
