Rotoplat TP is available in five models:
Rotoplat TP 706/PVS
Spool carriage with two indipendent motors. The continuous and separete control of roller stretch ratios eletronically controlled from 0% to 400%. The force to the load is controlledby a patended electronic device. The PVS roll carriage utilized the "QLS" system (Quick Load System) for easy and quick film loading, is fitted with the anti-falling device and with the safety stop at spoll carriage the bottom.
Rotoplat TP 506/PFS
Spool carriage with powered frictioned stretch system. Pre-stretch ratio adjustable from 0% up 250% by electromagnetic clutch from panel board. Force to the load controlled by patented electronic device.
Rotoplat TP 406/FS
Spool carriage with roller frictioned stretch system. Pre-stretch ratio adjustable from 0% up 200% by electromagnetic clutch from panel board. Clutch coupling after cycle start for easy film binding to pallet base.
Rotoplat TP 306/FR
Spool carriage with electromagnetic brake on return roller. Stretch film tension adjustable from panel board. Brake coupling after cycle start for easy film binding to pallet base.
Rotoplat TP 106/FRD
Spool carriage with mechanical brake on return roller. Stretch film tension manually adjustable. The carriage is fitted with a special device allowing an easy film binding to pallet base.
