All PinStamp pneumatic pin-marking systems are based on our revolutionary "floating pin" technology, which was developed by Telesis and patented in 1985. Telesis has developed a range of specialty solutions designed to meet the more challenging or unique marking needs. TMM5100 With up to six pins mounted on an extended cartridge, this system provides the ability to reach deep into tight locations and mark quickly. TMM5400 With up to 8 pins on tight spacing, this is the fastest marker in the industry. The compact marking head is well suited for integration into high-speed production lines. TMP7000/TMM7200 Up to 21 pins in nearly any imaginable configuration with a large, flexible marking area. These markers are designed to carry our heaviest pins to deeply mark hard materials at outstanding speeds, in the most challenging manufacturing environments. Versatile Permanent Marking Systems Telesis makes versatile, permanent pin-marking systems that are extremely flexible and can be used in a wide array of applications ranging from benchtop to high-speed, automated on-line marking. TMP1700 The most widely used permanent pin-marking system in the world, compact and easy to use. The 63.5 x 38mm (2.5 x 1.5") marking window satisfies most basic product identification needs. TMP3200 Similar to the 1700 but with a larger 150 x 100mm (6 x 4") window for highercontent marks such as data plates. TMP6100 Unparalleled flexibility with a 304 x 152mm (12 x 6") window, ideal for marking a wide range of components or for batch processing. Features an open robotic design that makes part loading and positioning easy. Compact Handheld Systems These systems provide maximum marking capability and are designed primarily for handheld applications. They also find use in online or benchtop applications due to their compact size. TMP4210 This versatile marker provides an unmatched combination of light weight and robust design for demanding applications. TMP4215 This dual-pin design doubles the marking window of the TMP4210 allowing, for example, marking of combination alpha-numeric / 2D codes. TMM4200 With up to 4 pins, this unit provides high-speed marking to achieve increased throughput in online applications or to reduce fatigue and mis-marking in handheld applications. TMM4250 Similar to the 4200 but equipped with a NEMA 12 (IP55)-rated enclosure and an industrial-grade nitrile rubber boot, this model provides enhanced protection from dirty or wet environments. TMC420 This fully integrated industrial marking system controller has a 4-line LCD display, rugged sealed keyboard, compact package, and easy-to-learn pattern design software. It is also available in panel-mount or NEMA enclosures for more challenging environments.
