Mach offers, through his supplier Selo, process systems for the production of sauces, mayonnaise, dressing, confitures, soup and wet petfood.
Based on the demands of the customer a tailor-made design is made, gives the customer the necessary flexibility and product-quality and efficiency to be competitive in his market.
Selo is experienced in a wide range of techniques to be free in the design: Batch or continuous processing, vertical or horizontal mixing and cooking, wall-heated or DSI; a variety of dissolving systems of dry matter into liquid and last but not least - hygienic design.
Finally Selo has its own pilot plant facilities for testing new developments, where process steps are simulated and test batches produced.

1. Soup and Babyfood
Selo supplies a standard cooking kettle as well as state-of-the-art process installations and offers complete solutions for the production of soup and baby food.

Selo has expertise in the areas of gentle defrosting, homogenizing equipment, pressure- and vacuum cooking, Direct Steam Injection systems, batch processing and in-line processing.

Selo supplies a standard batch dressing plant up to state-of-the-art process installations and offers complete solutions for the production of dressing, mayonnaise and sauces.

A wide variety of innovative processing concepts for the pre-mix phase are available, depending upon the required recipe. Starch pre-processing is an example of this approach.
