ROTOPLAT DW, are equipped with blocking systems located on rotating base plate and on platen unit capable of keeping into position doors and windows during the wrapping cycle. The blocking devices are manually adjustable to suit the various widths and thicknesses of the doors/windows to wrap. The maximum and minimum workable sizes are those indicated in the attached lay-outs.
Further to stretch film wrapping, should a suitable shock-proof protection be required, a pluriball carriage kit can be added for this purpose. Cycle is completed by stretch film wrapping.
