In partnership with ABB, we provide remote support technology, designed with the aim of analyzing the function and robotic systems to automatically generate alerts when a problem occurs. It may even anticipate problems long before they appear.

In addition to ABB robots we ensure the following services:

Robots warranty. Free parts and service for robots that are in warranty.
Calibration tools. ABB tools are only used for calibration, which guarantees a perfect calibration of robots by changing mechanical parts or after a collision occurred, avoiding the delay of production by reprogramming the robot trajectory
Engineering qualification. ABB/ MACH FTD engineers are trained abroad, thus providing a first class level of service
