Stretch Wrapping Machine Robopac - Masterplat PGS

MASTERPLAT PGS wrapping equipment is part of the Masterplat wrapping equipment range. The machine is equipped with a electromagnetic clutch PPS ​​which ensures pre-stretch of the film. It has an intuitive control panel.

Features:

• Fixed-rate powered pre-stretch carriage (150-200-250%), with manual wrapping tension adjustment possibilities using the potentiometer.
• Film tensioning is electronically controlled by a load cell and amplifier that control the film unwinding motor inverter.
• An electromagnetic clutch puts the rubber coated pre-stretch rollers in idle gear to allow for fast and simple film clamp at the beginning of each cycle.
