Rotoplat Freezer
Masterplat Freezer is recommended for environments with low temperatures (up to -30 degrees C), following the same characteristics and performance as the classical models. Freezer Robopac equipment can be used in applications in the frozen or ice cream industry.
This equipment has the following features that are specifically designed to operate in low temperature environments:
• Steel structure: corrosion treatment and epoxy paint
• Gears, transmission chains, stainless steel buttons
• IP 65 electric cabinet
• Special cables for usage in low temperature environments
Film reel holder type "FRD" to roll back electromagnetic brake equipped with the patented "QLS" (Quick Load System) for fast charging standard stretch film and 100% or foil roll holder type "PGS" motorized clutch and brake electromagnetic tensioner ensures a foil to 250%.
