Technoplat 2000/3000 - pallet stretch wrapping

Technoplat 2000/3000 is a stretch wrapping turntable equipment with idle rollers conveyor for packaging pallets, transported on conveyors.It benefits from a platform with a diameter between 1800 and 2200 mm, a loading capacity of 1500kg and the possibility of programming. The machine is completely automated, including the foil cut feature at the end of each cycle, ready for a new wrapping.Auxiliary functions of the control panel:

• Independent setting for the number of wrappings at the base and the top of the pallet
• Variable speed of the rotating platform via an inverter (5-15 ROT / minute)
• Upward/Downward Spool carriage speed
• Variable u /down speed of the bobbin port system (2.5 - 7 m / min)
• Delay photocell
• Foil tension adjustment
• Pneumatic system control, pallet stabilization where applicable
• Stop button for stretch foil roll system for reinforcement wrapping
• Fully configurable wrapping programme 

Other details: PGS foil support system with mechanical roll brake with Quick Load System (QLS) for fast loading and standard stretch tension of 200% or PVS foil system with motorized clutch and electromagnetic brake, for foil pretension up to 400%.
