Mach FTD offers oil packaging lines in glass and PET containers:

With triblock/monoblock: blowing, filling, and closing with pre-threaded caps; Equipped for PET bottle formats of 0.5L, 1L, 1.5L, 2L, and jugs of 5-10L; Made of stainless steel, robustly built for long-term operation; Machine control: Siemens; Equipped with a frequency converter for easy control; Equipped with protective panels and safety sensors to prevent accidents during operation; Equipped with sensors at the front and back of the machine for automatic operation; Productivity: from 1000 bph (for 1000 ml bottles).

Filling 8-12-16 filling valves - atmospheric pressure filling system (in the machine's tank), as well as vacuum filling in the overflow tank; Level filling (with light vacuum, double chamber model); Improved gravity filling system that includes a vacuum system to accelerate filling speed and improve filling level accuracy (excess product is vacuumed into the overflow tank; there is no risk of foam formation, as it is vacuumed along with the excess product. Air from the containers is evacuated into the overflow tank; Product supply (gravity or pump) is controlled from the operator panel; The product level in the machine's tank is controlled, and the machine stops in its absence; The system includes a vacuum pump and pneumatic system for lifting PET bottles; The machine is equipped with closed-circuit washing interconnection (the machine's tank is cleaned through a spray-ball system, with pressure and complete filling).
