Label Applicator Alstep

ALstep is a compact equipment that meets all the basic requirements of a self-adhesive labels applicator and can be easily integrated into existing production lines.

ALstep equipment is based on a robust and reliable mechanical structure. Can be placed in areas with limited access due to the roll of labels that is positioned in the side of the equipment;the roll changing being made with much ease and speed.

ALstep applicators can be supplied with rolls of self-adhesive labels with a maximum diameter of 300 mm which provides a long operating time without the need for frequent stops of the equipment for exchange. Control box equipped with fan enables unit operation in the toughest conditions.

ALstep has 2 versions of configuration: S and M, for label widths of 100 and 200 mm. The maximum speed ​​of labels rewinder is 30 m/ min for S version and 20 m / min for M version. Operating parameters are entered by the operator via a display and and buttons with specific functions. These parameters are retained by the system using EPROM memory and they are not lost when the unit is turned off.

• Alarm signaling end roll of labels
• Adjusting of speed of labels rewinder

Additionally, the applicator can be fitted with a variety of optional elements:

• Ribbon printing unit
• Applying labels by blowing
• Sensor to detect the end oflabels roll
• Sensor for detecting transparent labels

ALstep can be specially configured for E version (economy) and can be used to apply labels with a width of 100 mm and application speed up to 15 m / min. It is ideal for applications where low cost is important. Labels supply is controlled by a motor and control panel enables the configuration of parameters of working. It is equipped also with sensor for detecting roll of labels or breakage of labels tape. Optionally can be equipped with sensor for detection of transparent labels.
