Motor-driven filling table with 2 conveyors

Equipment suitable for the manual filling of empty glass / metal / PET containers with solid products such as vegetables (artichokes, peppers, olives, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, capers, mixed vegetables, etc.), fruit (fruit salad, cherries, peaches, etc.), fish filets, etc. for small and medium output capacities.

 

This table is the ideal solution for small and medium output capacities and it is usually connected to the Vacuum Filler mod. LV2 for liquids or to the Monobloc in the version equipped with Vacuum filling unit for liquids (oil, vinegar, syrup, etc.) + Capping unit.

AISI 304 stainless steel frame with height-adjustable supporting feet.

Two product containment tanks (length = mm 3.000 each) with a removable pierced steel sheet positioned on their bottom.
Two stainless steel table-top conveyors installed at the centre of the table and driven by variable speed motor (one for feeding the empty containers coming from the Blower or a Motorized Feeding Table and the other one for conveying the filled containers to the Vacuum Filler).

On demand, the machine can be supplied with FEEDING TABLE FOR EMPTY CONTAINERS in AISI 304 stainless steel (diam. 1.000 mm) with round plane in plastic material (polyethylene).
