Machine designed for the continuous thermal treatment of glass jars/bottles, PET containers or tin cans containing products such as fruit, pickles in oil/brine, creams, paté, sauces, etc.
It is fitted with control instrumentation which allows to regulate and monitor temperature, pasteurisation time and cooling time according to the type of container and product to be treated.
Once the pre-set temperature has been reached, the pasteurisation and cooling cycle starts automatically.
Stainless steel construction with support feet. Steam injector, water inlet diffuser and recirculation pump. High density thermal insulation and stainless steel external paneling. Overflow device. Thermoregulation system. Cover and water solenoid valve. Water solenoid valve and steam pneumatic valve. Water and steam filters and shut-off valves. Electric control panel in stainless steel to control the pasteurization and cooling cycle with graphic recorder of the cycle, control and safety thermoregulation with temperature display, internal recirculation pump controls. N ° 2 baskets in stainless steel, stackable and with easy-to-handle attachments. Upon request, the machine can be equipped with a STEAM COIL with condensate drain.
