The Rotoplat equipment range is the ideal solution for pallet wrapping. It is provided wih mechanical clutch, programming options, a 1650 mm diameter platform and a 2000kg loading capacity.

Auxiliary functions of the control panel:

• Independent setting for the number of wraps at the base and the top of the pallet
• Variable speed of the rotary platform via an inverter (4-12 ROT / minute)
• Variable speed of up / down of the coil port system (1-4 m / min)
• Delay photocell
• Foil tension adjustment
• Pneumatic system control, pallet stabilization where applicable
• Stopping button for the foil roll system for reinforcement wrapping
• Fully configurable wrapping programme

Other specifications:

• The bobbin holder is provided with a controlled electromechanical brake on the control panel, which ensures the constant stretch of the foil regardless of the bobbin thickness.
• The brake actuator / release mechanism helps to grip the foil at the base of the pallet.
• The system allows a foil stretch up to 100%, in the standard version.
