Vacuum detector
FUNCTIONING
Equipment suitable to detect the vacuum presence inside filled and closed jars.
In the event that a faulty jar is detected it is automatically ejected by a pneumatic device and conveyed on a collection table.
The containers control is performed by a series of suitably adjusted sensors.
MANUFACTURING FEATURES
Sensor to check the flexure of the twist-off caps.
Sensor to check the presence of the jar.
Encoder.
Pneumatic cylinder to expel rejected jars.
Compressed-air reduction unit equipped with solenoid valve.
Collecting table for rejected jars manufactured in AISI 304 sheet steel and equipped with jars containment guide.
Electric control board in stainless steel.
Supporting feet.
On demand the machine can be supplied with a conveyor belt of 3.000 mm length with table-top chain.
