MAGNETIC FEEDER FOR TWIST-OFF CAPS composed of: basement and feeding hopper in AISI 304 stainless steel, vertical magnetic elevator with belt in “vipla” which conveys the caps to the chute. The caps are then conveyed to the releasing group where they are picked by the containers.
The absence of wrongly oriented capsules is granted by the presence of 3 control and expulsion groups which, by means of a side jet of air, expel the wrongly oriented caps and make them fall into the hopper.
First control unit with photocell for sorting and expulsion of superimposed caps.
Second control unit with proximity-switch for expulsion of wrongly oriented caps.
Third control unit with proximity-switch for further checking of the possible presence of wrongly oriented caps and their expulsion.
