Ecoplat Base

The Ecoplat Base wrapping machine is an entry level machine suitable to automate hand pallet wrapping process. Ecoplate Base control panel allows simple controlling of the basic wrapping functions (number of wraps top and bottom, turntable speed, carriage speed, etc.) There are forklift locations on the machine so it can be easily and safely moved around the warehouse with a forklift. 

Optional features - a ramp is optional to allow easy access to the turntable when using a pallet pump truck. Also available are integrated weighing scales on the turntable to allow the reading of accurate pallet weights.

Ecoplat Base is suitable for small and medium productivity.

Characteristics:

• photocell for automatic load height determination on pallet;
• automatic, linear starting of the plate for mechanical shock prevention;
• the equipment is provided with a system for constantly stretching the foil through a guiding cylinder and a mechanical brake.
