Masterplat TP

The Masterplat TB equipment range is the ideal solution for palletizing. It has a mechanical clutch, programming option, a 1500mm diameter platform with a loading capacity of 1200kg. The TP model is space-saving, and it doesn't  need the ramp to place the pallets on the platform, thanks to the space for the fork lift option.

Auxiliary functions of the control panel:

• Independent setting for the number of wraps at the base and the top of the pallet
• Variable speed of rotary platform via an inverter (5-12 ROT / minute)
• Up/down variable speed of coil system (1.4 - 4 m / min)
• Delay photocell
• Foil tension adjustment
• Pneumatic system control, pallet stabilization where applicable
• Roll-up roll-stop button with reinforcement-wrap foil
• Fully configurable flip charting program

The bobbin holder can be provided with:

• Mechanical braking ensures that the foil is stretched continuously regardless of the thickness of the bobbin. A brake actuator / release mechanism helps to grip the foil at the base of the pallet. The system allows a foil pretension up to 100% in the standard version.
• Motorized clutch and electromagnetic brake, which ensures the constant stretch of the film regardless of bobbin thickness and a prestretch up to 250% adjustable via the control panel.
• Two independent motors equipped with the Quick Load System (QLS) for fast loading of the foil and 400% adjustable standard prestretch from the control panel
